Surprisingly we get asked this a lot, but yes we are legit. 


We've been selling hemp products online since 2018 and our warehouse even used to be open to the public for people to come shop at before we fully transitioned to online sales.

If you have any doubts, feel free to take a look at some of our product reviews, or even look at our Google My Business reviews. 

In most cases we try to make sure we add the COA results and a pdf link to them into the product descriptions under the "Test Results" tab.


Although rare, you may only see percentages + safety results listed and not a direct link. This will sometimes happen for infused products and newer concentrates that we have implemented a QR code for that comes on the product. 


We understand that safety is one of the most important things when purchasing your hemp, so we are looking into alternative ways to present our product test results. 


Until then, we suggest using this Dropbox Link that includes every single COA for all of our products in it. It's structured to be easily navigated in the scenario where you need to use it.

We are located in Nevada, with a partner location in Oregon. All hemp flower sold by us is grown organically in either location.

We've been in this industry long before selling hemp online. This has allowed us to grow to a comfortable position where we can consistently offer a variety of products at consumer friendly prices.


We understand how hard it is to find a reputable hemp company, so we figure the least we can do is step into that spot and offer good prices while doing it.

We don't currently offer any special discounts outside of the ones that are regularly available.

We are currently looking into this! We anticipate restocking popular items like Trim, CBG Flower, Edibles, and others as soon as possible!

We know it can be frustrating when your discount code doesn't apply during the checkout process, and are looking into alternative options that fix this issue.


The main cause of this is due to conflicts between the origins of the discount codes. We use various marketing channels for referral codes, reviews, email campaigns, and other mediums that incorporate discount codes into them for customers like you.


What typically happens is that one code (Say smile referral points) will try to apply with our automatic CBDVIP discount codes or 50% off codes and cancel out. This is because in the backend of our site, the third party plugins that are used for these label them in the same category.

We are looking into alternatives to work around this limitation, but in the mean time, the easiest way to avoid these bugs will be to use only one discount code at a time.




We've heard some people report that they haven't received their loox code after leaving a review. After confirming with our marketing team, we are happy to say this is working appropriately. If you still haven't received your discount code, we suggest a couple things.

1. Check your spam folder - Although you should be redirected to a page with your code on it after leaving a review, you may receive an email as well. Depending on your email provider, they may land in your spam folder.

2. Ensure you are leaving a photo or video with your review - This is the most common cause of confusion. As mentioned in the email we send out, you are only eligible for the discount code if you add a photo or video with your review.

We currently have a 3-4 day business day lead time for packing and shipping out all orders. Once in transit, expect your shipment to arrive in 1-5 business days depending on shipping method you selected.

We try to ship out packages as promptly as possible. Depending on conditions like order size, holiday sales, and other conditions, the shipping time may vary. For more details on shipping, please visit our shipping information page.



USPS only picks up packages Monday - Friday, so if you order over the weekend, the mail does not move.

If your shipment is delayed, it's always best to contact USPS directly at (800) 275-8777.

If that does not work for you, please email orders@cbdhemp.direct.com and we can cancel/refund your order prior to it being shipped out. If you decide to cancel your order when it's already in transit, you will need to send the shipment back unopened for a full refund.

Once you place an order, there are a couple options to track the status of your order.

The easiest way is to log into your account and check your order status under the most recent orders. There, you will be able to check where in the fulfillment process it is, and if it's been shipped out or not.

Once your order is shipped, you also can track the status of your package via the carrier website. As a reminder, for large orders we do require an adult signature. You can check if you are required to do so via tracking on the specified mail carrier website.

Yes, depending on your product, all packages will be sealed appropriately to ensure freshness and to remain anonymity.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. CBD HEMP DIRECT is always looking to "make it right" with the customer so please contact us directly about your specific incident so we can figure out a resolution.

The easiest answer is this - Although low, some hemp products for sale do have trace amounts (Less than 0.3%) of THC. This CAN trigger a positive result during a drug test.

Whatever the reason may be, we suggest holding off on toking any hemp products if your subject to testing!!
