Don't have a tracking number? Here's how to get it!

The easiest way is to log into your account dashboard and check your order status under the most recent order history. Your tracking information is also sent to the email the order is placed under once your shipping label is created.

There, you will be able to check where in the fulfillment process it is, and if it's been shipped out or not. Please note all orders have a processing/fulfillment time of 2 business days but we are often able to get orders out sooner.

Once your order is shipped, you also can track the status of your package via the carrier website.

As a reminder, for large orders ($150 or higher) we do require an adult signature at the time of delivery. You can check if you are required to do so via tracking on the specified mail carrier website.
