We love shipping through the brown (UPS) but they have been extremely delayed this past week, which has resulted in many upset customers. Although the entire mail delivery network has been delayed due to inclement weather affecting shipments nationwide, the financial responsibility and burden to make things right has fallen solely on us. We hope to have UPS back soon but not until the mail carrier starts delivering on time again.
