Does CBG show up on drug tests?
Like CBD and other minor cannabinoid related products, it’s normal to wonder if using them will cause a drug test result to come back positive after a cannabis drug assessment.
Due to CBG, along with CBD, being non-psychoactive cannabinoids, the chances for them being screened for specifically during any assessments you take are fairly low.
The main compound that is usually screened for is delta-9 THC, which is the main cannabinoid found in recreational marijuana and known for its psychoactive effects.
Because of this, it should be noted that a fair amount of hemp products on the market are not completely free of traces of delta-9 THC, as the federal limit for for hemp products allows for them to have up to a .3% THC Content.
