My most recent order from Hemp Direct was the pictured 120 grams of Desert Snow Bulk CBG flower- not super trimmed- which is fine as I decarboxylate it and infuse it into butter to make edibles. Pictured is the 120 gram bag, with a container holding 13 grams. I add in 11 grams of Oregon Guava CBD flower, also from Hemp direct to get 1/2 and 1/2 CBD /CBG. This will make 72 cookies as shown each having approximately 50 mg of CBD/CBG. Which gives a very mild effect, just mellow and calming. I add some high THC flower to the batch- amount depending on the desired content, but 1.5 grams of 20% THC flower added punches 4mg THC per cookie, and proves the process cause you really notice that. About what I like. So 1/4 pound bought for $37 delivered makes 336 50 mg edible doses.
Flower has a good fresh odor and buds are nice and dry. Not much stem and no seeds in recent orders. Been getting this stuff from Hemp direct for several years now

I love the Dessert Snow Hemp flower. As you can see the flower is fluffy with a nice sage piney smell. Based of my experience it helps relax n wine down. What I also like about this flower is that it doesn’t get you high (psychoactive) but u get a tiny buzz (make me feel good). Nothing that’s going to make you feel weird, paranoid or jittery. It relaxes the mind n body n if u need movement it will get you going as well. You won’t be totally down. Try it

I’ve only had one other CBG
-dominant strain, The White. Desert Snow is definitely more relaxing, still uplifting, than said strain. There’s no anxiety with this, unlike The White, which is awesome! :)
the only issue I can point out was the dryness of the buds, which was quickly resolved with an integra boost. Can’t say the dryness affected the taste or smoke, because it’s still there—kinda has an iced tea taste to it haha

I wanted to try Cbg because of its health benefits. My son has Crohn’s disease so I needed to see if I could implement cbg into his regimen and get the results I was looking for.
This cbg was amazing. It has strong anti inflammatory properties and it help to calm down his symptoms.
The only thing that threw me off was that my son ended up feeling zooted from it. We didn’t expect that because it isn’t suppose to have any psychoactive properties.
It might have been due to me decarboxylating it before I sat it in the crockpot for 2 days. Just something to keep in mind since there isn’t much research behind cbg. Dope buds!
