Trim and shake is any part of hemp flower that’s removed during CBD Hemp Direct’s manicure process.  We begin collecting CBD and CBG Trim just after harvest and immediately store it in a climate controlled environment so the plants trichomes, terpenes and cannabinoids are maintained to produce the most therapeutic value.

Delta 8 THC and Delta 10 THC Trim Products

More recently, CBD Hemp Direct has been infusing its premium greenhouse grown CBD and CBG trim with highly potent Delta 8 THC and Delta 10 THC oil.  This has been a customer favorite due to its low price point and ability to easily load up a pipe or grind the trim up for packing joints, blunts or cigars.

Is Your Trim Not As Potent As Your Flower?

Great question as there are a couple answers to that depending on if we’re talking about natural CBD / CBG trim or infused Delta 8 / Delta 10 THC trim.

1. First, lets start off by saying that most high quality CBD Hemp Direct trim is going to be 20-30% potency of the flower.  For example, our 24% Honolulu Haze flower should yield trim potency of 5-7%.
2. When speaking of Delta 8 THC or Delta 10 THC infused trim, we follow the same 80 mg per gram formula we use to infuse Delta 8 Flower so the effects could be similar, however the delta 8 flower would have higher overall potency since you’re smoking the flower not just the trim.
