Once you place an order, there are a couple options to track the status of your order.

The easiest way is to log into your account dashboard and check your order status under the most recent order history.

There, you will be able to check where in the fulfillment process it is, and if it's been shipped out or not. Please note all orders have a processing/fulfillment time of 2 business days but we are often able to get orders out sooner.

Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your shipping label is created. Once your order is shipped, you also can track the status of your package via the carrier website.

As a reminder, for large orders ($150 or higher) we do require an adult signature at the time of delivery. You can check if you are required to do so via tracking on the specified mail carrier website.

This is a very common occurence we see with USPS. Although your tracking information says delivered, your shipment might not actually show up for 24-48 hours.

Since we don't physically deliver the mail, our best recommendation is to contact USPS directly ASAP or even better, please try to speak with your postman in person since they would have been the one to mark your package as delivered in the system. Contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777.
