Please upload pictures of the following to verify you are the card holder and help us process your order. Acceptable file formats include, .pdf, png, .jpg, .jpeg – A picture of the front of your id with your name and address visible – A picture of the physical card (no digital card screenshots allowed) used for the transaction ensuring the name and last 4 digits of the card are legible. The first 12 digits and cvv code should be hidden for security purposes.
