Missing item, zero customer service

I received half of my order the other week. Have submitted 2 requests to via their contact us portal on the website with zero response. Can't find a phone number anywhere and all the email addresses I tried have received zero response. If I can not get it resolved will be the last time I use them.

CBD trim and shake

Just as advertised. Pics are accurate. I'm a new customer, and I received my order no problems. I rolled some of this trim material, tastes a bit leafy but that's some of what's in the package. I was expecting more stems and seeds but there really aren't any in mine. Maybe less than 1%. For the price you can't beat this product, especially if you want bulk material for cheap. I will definitely order more again.
