Poor shipping, quality and cs

I have been using this company for years. Unfortunately they have dropped off in quality, shipping time and customer service. My order took over 7 days to get to make 5 of those where waiting on them to decide they wanted to ship the order. I contacted customer service after three days and was basically. Told that if I wanted to use there web site then I have to deal with the delays. No apology. He compared the company to a busy restaurant and that the shipping time was the wait to be seated. Unfortunately this had become a trend which is why I tried desperately to bring attention to it 3 days in. Just as I said to the customer service rep who told me tuff. If I have a favorite restaurant that I enjoy the food and I can expect to be seated in 30 mins but then the quality of the food tanks and every time I go there’s a 4 hr wait for a table. I’m going some where else from now on.
